I wish more people were on this site.
But i am having a lot of trouble proving to a friend of mine that a GR-2 shock is nothing more than an OEM replacement.
He claims (along with many others) that its a race shock and that many people use it with upgraded springs. I am trying to tell him that these people are idiots and that it is very easy to be fooled by a shocks dampening ability when the one you just threw out has 80000 or 120000 km on it!
A long time ago i had a.. contact.. that had dyno graphs for some shocks but his database is now long gone (a Peter Pyce.. if anyone knows the fella..)
But i am certain that there are people out there who collect such pieces of information, and if anyone can help me out that would be great.
a dyno graph of a GR-2 next to a dyno graph of a fresh OEM shocks would be ideal.
